Marmaduke Explained

Marmaduke Explained is, by far, my most favorite web comic on the internetz. It’s dry. It’s sarcastic. It’s absurd. It’s unassumingly brilliant. It’s nothing less than a physical manifestation of my inner soul on the internet.

Here’s the latest strip:

Joe Mathlete’s Explanation: Marmaduke is making a strange and unusual sound when he barks – roughly, “foow,” which happens to be “woof” spelled backwards. Marmaduke’s doctor offers a useless computer joke as a non-diagnosis, which reveals the doctor’s own very specific type of synesthesia wherein he visualizes guttural dog-noises as text hovering in midair.
